Questions.

The ones councils ask us first. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Who is it for?

Local highway authorities and the teams inside them that deal with abnormal load movements.

What does it actually do?

It is a management system: movements arrive in it, are worked in it, are answered from it, and stay in it as a record. It takes the administrative weight off the work so officers can spend their time on the judgement.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. Your rules, thresholds and sign-off stay yours. The system is set up around your process rather than the other way round.

How long does it take to get going?

Weeks rather than a financial year. We do the setup with you and you go live with one team before the rest.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. It is encrypted, access is by named account, and you can export all of it whenever you ask. Our security pack is on request.

Will our team need training?

A short session. If it needs more than that we have designed it wrong.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the authority and how much of it you use. We will give you a number early rather than after four meetings.

Still deciding?

Ask us the awkward one.
